Welcome on the Villa Belvezain's website

Gîtes de France N° 1218 - 3 épis - 12 persons maximum.

Located 15 minutes away from the city of Le Puy-en-Velay, in a natural environment, this beautifull villa is sitting on a little hill, belvezain means "nice view", near the little village called Les Avits, in the Arsac-en-Velay county.

Space full, and recently renovated with taste, this family house is perfect to welcome family gatherings, and vacations among friends.

First floor

The gite has, in the first floor, a big living room on the right, with a closed fireplace which separates the living room from the dining area, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, a kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, etc.), leading to a loggia closed by sliding doors.

Still on the first floor, on the left, 4 custom bedrooms, with new furniture : the VERVEINE bedroom, with green shades and a single bed, the CASAMANCE bedroom, with an african style and a 2 person bed, the LAFAYETTE bedroom, most solemn style with a 2 person bed and the AUTOMNE bedroom with smoothing shades with 2 one person beds. A bathroom with marble is also available, with a tub-shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.

Second floor

Access to the second floor is done by a nice wood stairway, and we discover 3 more bedrooms with sloping ceilings : the MEZENC bedroom which reminds the massif of the same name located in Les Estables, the top of the Haute-Loire, with a 1 person bed, the SOLEIL LEVANT (rising sun) bedroom in a japanese style, with 2 one person bed, the VELAY bedroom that reminds again the name of this beautiful volcanic area with a 2 person bed, and finally a renovated bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Also note that the owner, Elizabeth, was thought to toddlers as a baby equipment is available in the gite : 1 cot, a wooden bed, 2 high chairs, a bath, a changing table, a changing mat, two small pots to the bathroom, a bottle warmer, baby dishes, children's games.

Outside

Outside, no less than 3000 m2 of land and grassed partly enclosed by a hedge will delight young and old! In summer, a large terrace with two garden furniture, barbecue, petanque, games, etc. ... will allow you to spend quality time relaxing with family or friends in a quiet and away from the urban bustle. A small outdoor lounge will welcome you for drinks or coffee break

In the Basement, a spacious garage is available if you wish.
